The order process is really simple and it contains four steps:

1. You send us the image of the logo you want to get, its’ size, and color of hat.
2. After you place and pay for your order the project is digitized and tested.
3. We send you an embroidered preview (photo) by email for your approval (usually it takes 1-2 business day)
4. Then your order is produced and delivered.

Delivery

1. Manufacturing of hats usually takes 1-10 business days depending on complexity.
